Spriggle
Spriggle the Caterpillar always takes a thousand steps at a time. While many in the meadow dream only of the day they will finally find their wings, Spriggle finds a peculiar kind of magic in staying grounded. Transformation can wait. He adores his collection of tiny, hand stitched boots far too much, one for every foot, and one for every mood the dawn’s gentle arrival might bring.
To Spriggle, a single fallen leaf is not just a snack; it is a sprawling green buffet waiting to be munched. He is famously, wonderfully, and perpetually hungry. His tummy has its very own little "song," a gentle, hopeful rumble that sounds remarkably like a purring kitten, signaling that it’s time for another adventure in tasting. Even a simple leaf holds a landscape of delicious flavors, crisp edges, tender veins, and the sun warmed sweetness of a "Golden Hour" nibble.
Spriggle teaches us that we don't always have to be rushing toward the "next version" of ourselves. He teaches us to love the "caterpillar stage" of our lives just as much as the "butterfly stage." Spriggle also reminds us that by having a boot for "every mood, to acknowledge and honor our feelings each day, rather than trying to be the same all the time.
