Cleo the Puffer Fish once lingered in the sun dappled shadows of her coral nook, shy and uncertain, afraid her tiny golden spines were too sharp to belong. But one day, something quietly changed. Cleo discovered her “Grounded Strength”, that her spines were not something to hide or be ashamed of, just part of who she is.

Now Cleo no longer hides her “puff.” She shows up as herself, soft, bold and beautifully unique.
